I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience providing outpatient emotional support, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to adults experiencing substance and alcohol use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. I have a strong background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based counseling approaches and crisis stabilization services.
I am exceptionally skilled at building meaningful therapeutic relationships with older adults, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, loneliness, and adjustment-related challenges.
